Can anybody perhaps tel me how to change my character name.I want to play MP with a friend using the characters that we have at the moment but the names are the same so the mpgame wont start.

there is no way to change character names

Hexadecimal editor used to work in early Diablo II, but now edited char won`t start. Or maybe that`s because of my inaccurate actions...

Griez:
Hexeditor doesn't work anymore because all character files got a checksum now.
