Where is Dungeon???

HI! I read in the guide, that i have to find the black tower key from ancient diablo in dungeon lvl 17.But where is dungeon lvl 17???? thanx

the dungeon is under nilhatak, you have to go down 16lvl and then into the "A nasty place", there are other "A nasty place" on the way, but you can ignore them
