We are back in time! HELP

HELL?!?! Me and my friend were level 28,NOW we are frickin' level 26? And we were on act 3,we completed Act 2 and now we have to do Q2 and Q6 agian in act 2? What the hell is happening? Some weapons and armor are gone too!
Another thing... We have lost waypoints from act 2!

At those levels I'll guess you're in Normal, not hell.
I got rolled back a little as well.  I just re-gain levels and re-complete quests. 

Computers: I don't trust them farther than I can throw them, and I'm not very strong.
