.dll Files Missing?

EDIT: The problem is,he can't choose to what folder it should be installed we think.. How to fix this? It always comes to Diablo 2 folder automaticaly without a chaos empire folder...

Fenris:
search the files that cause the problems, delete the files with the same name but another ending (for example: .ce, .org)

or use the 1.10/1.11 quick packages from dl-section(tools) to install a clean version
