How you recover password for D2 account?

Some time ago, (about 250 days ago) I created an account on Chaos Empire. I tried installing CE, but it just wouldn't work. Now, I got CE to work with the newest version, (finally), but I forgot my password for my D2 account! when I click new password under Diablo 2 Account Creation from the main page, it just says page cannot be displayed. How can I get my Diablo 2 Account password sent to me? Also, sorry for making a new topic, no one was answering in old thread.
