Item Level question

a friend said that i can know what the monster's level is by the item lvl of items that they drop. Well, on CCC there is no item level...i downloaded Megana's sorc from the old ladder and played it on single player and i did get an item level, but still no itemlvl on multi. Is it because im running an english D2, or how can i fix it?

do you have a plugy.ini in your folder from another mod?

alright, i did and i restarted d2 and now the item level shows up fine. Thanks chaos
