7.66 SP3 Full version doesn't work!!!

I just formatted my hard drive, and clean installed Diablo 2 + LoD. I patched the game from B.net to 1.11b, and downloaded CE 7.66 SP3. When I double click on it, it has an installation program pop up for a few seconds, having Abbr as cancel, and then the program just closes.... someome help

there has been an issue with fullversion download as exe..i put a zip instead, and now it works
