how about copy the complete d2 folder of your wife...to your machine(rename/delete your old)

tried again it  and the box came on screen that states  ( Missing or Doubled )  Patch D2 mpq

I finally got everything deleted (D2 LOD and CE) I had a real problem because 2 of the CE files would not delete (said file was in use. So I reset computer back a week (system restore) and started over. Now I have D2 LOD working and installed CE version 7.55, then upgraded to 7.64.
My question is : How do I get version 7.65, because the newest update is based on having 7.65 already installed, right?

OR can I install the most recent 7.66 version.

I am stuck until I know the answer, I been at this all night!

deactivate CE
deinstall CE

install new ful version 766sp3.exe
activate

Postet at: April 27, 2006, 11:07:35 amWell that didnt work!! I deactivated and uninstalled CE and tried to install 7.66 sp3 from the .exe file I just downloaded. All it does is show the presetup bar and then it just turns off
