In dollars I do not know. but it costs 2,50 euro/month. payable 3 months at one time because of too much spends if one it would make monthly

Ok so... I put 2.50 Euro into a currency converter and it comes out to about 3 dollars american.

Then I put 2,50 Euro into a currency converter and it comes to 300 dollars american... so I'm a little confused.

Unfortunately I don't read German either, so I can't make heads or tails of that paypal site.

In Germany you use a comma to seperate the decimal places.
So 2,50 € would be around 3 dollars, just like it was said beforehand.
