Gem bag not doing anything [Resolved]

Doeh:
Hi, hopefully someone can tell me what I'm doing wrong :)

I am level 32 on v7.65. Nothing happens when I try to transmute a Topaz gem bag and 2 flawed Topaz gems. I've also tried a Topaz gem bag and 3 flawed Topaz gems.

I've tried other variations of gem types (2 regular Topaz, 2 regular Topz + Doll Stash, etc.).

Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks!

I was able to transmute a Perfect Topaz into the Topaz gem bag. Now the gem bag says +1. Can only Perfect gems be put in the bags?

Cube the gem bag and ONE gem (of whatever grade) of the matching type.

Also you remove the gems in a similar way.   

ONly gem bag in cube, cube alone and the lowest grade gem in bag + bag is in your cube.  Cube again to put it back in.

And just to clear things up, body part caskets and oil barrels work the same way as gem bags (only for storing, there is no upgrading those items like gems)
