To create a new account you must go to the mainpage http://chaosempire.info and click on the button "Create D2 Account".

The account for ChaosEmpire has to be the same in game like here at the forum (e.g. in your case chas_smith).

Remember to make an entry in the Peoplesection (at the upper menu) to let us know something about you.

ps is it posabel to be Roc-Chas <-------- as I am Chas_smith on this site? ? ? would I still be able to add my roc name ?

I assume that it is mostly the better way to name char lie the guild/clan instead of acc..cause if you ever change a clan, you cant rename your acc..
