I can't make CE work for me!

I have installed several different versions in the past and they all worked fine. However now I can't get the new one to work. I have lod v1.11 on my machine. Is there anything special I need to do to install the new version of CE? Also is there a single player version on the mod because i may be without internet in the near future. thanks in advance for the help >:)

The Chaos Empire Mod is the same version for online playing and singleplayer.

But you can find a support items file for singleplayer in the download area, incl. the special teddy (known as hc-teddy, too) which gives you some more stats on your sp teddy for both mods sc and hc. ;)

Yes I did get error messages, I should have wrote them down but basically it was a mismatch for some file. I read in the faq and it say to extract teh 7.55 CE first and then gives teps to update to 7.64 but how do I get to 7.66 because the 7.66 update says it is based on the 7.65 build which I can't find anywhere to download. Can I just upgrade from 7.64 to 7.66?

deactivate 764, deinstall, and then install full version 7.66 and activate it

Do I do the 7.66 full install over the top of the 7.55, or do I just intsall 7.66 on a clean 1.11 lod?
