@Darkkatgirl: Unless recipes changes, the requirement to make set items is rare jewels and a doll.  PGems is to make a Unique.

Rare jewels are *rare*, but if you use the "rare charm + magic jewel makes a rare jewel" cube recipe then you can have a large enough supply of rare jewels to make particularly shy set parts.  Be warned that you can't pick which set the item will be from, so making set rings or set ammys is not likely to get you a Diva ring or ammy.  Those need to be found or gambled.

New ladders are fun.

If I rememember correctly Magic find doesn't improve your chances when gambling....

Thought about quest blurb for a couple hours, was doing other things, set up grand daughters computer,,, Then spent 15 minutes poking.
If you so busy with finals... Ah you should be studing or resting after a little exercise.  You on line now, so study.

@bdpf You're correct: MF doesn't affect gambling, only your level does.  Some items change the prices of items gambled, but do not affect what item you get.

@darkkatgirl: Second vote!  Good luck with Finals! (mine come in about 30 years, I hope I pass!)

@ webwalker i beg to differ about the gambling, it might just be pure luck that i get ALOT more uniques and set items after eating a yummy tasty torch for breakfast. Or it might not. Just pondering, where does it state what it req to gamle ? I cant seem to find it anywhere at the moment.

Nothing improves or decreases the chance of getting uniq/set/rare at gambling. (Therefor it is called gambling... and u can't cheat ;) )

ilvl of gambled items is +4/-5 of ur charlvl (or the other way round +5/-4, not sure about that at the moment)
As far as i know is the lvlreq of an item the lowest ilvl needed to get this item in ce. The lvlreq could be looked up in 'item list'!
Example:
SoJ has lvlreq 29, so ilvl must be 29+
U can gamble soj's from clvl 25 (24) on forward or find it from monsters that have lvl 29+ (and have the tc to drop the item).
