HC Teddy +resist?

I've been hearing rumors about a way for a HC character to add +resists to the teddy.  Nobody online seems to know exactly how to do it or they just wont tell me :(  CE said there was a post about this in hc forum but all I saw there were trade posts....

Is there another HC forum hiding somewhere with the answer to my question?  Does anyone know how to make the teddy with +resist and where to find ingredients?

Any help on this is very much appreciated ^.^
