Is there a way of being lvl 99 on singleplayer rly fast?

Yes but it involves using the cheat download.  I never did it and if you want to do that to test a char use -act or 1 book of wisdom instead.

You could do it by importing the cheater char (in the SP cheater files found on this sigte) and dropping a BoW in shared stash.

Exit game and recopy the cheater barb into save and repeat till you have ungodly amount of BoWs enough to get you to really high lvl.

IMHO this would ruin the game and all the fun but meh each to their own I guess.

Create a character, you'll apear in Horogath, in PoC/normal, with level=96.  You'll have no way points and no quests completed.  Getting to the stash near Shenk can be a bit difficult, but from there to Baal is not difficult.

I've always gone back to the Rogues Camp and done all the quests and waypoints in order, but I'm compulsive that way.  Besides, I LIKE how the Rogue says "thank you" when I hand her a drink.

The difference between 96 and 99 is small in terms of developed player character power.
Getting from 96 to 99 is a few hundred Hell/CGS dungeon runs.  A few hundred more, and you're lvl 100.
