dachte ich mir geil das is ja dann 9,5 to max dam / lvl ... denkste ... von 4.5 auf 5 mehr war da nich ... is das absicht ? wenn ja bitte ich darum bei den cube recipes das zu korrigieren

so, hab das grad mal im singleplayer ausprobiert. bin auf 787 maxdam gekommen, komischer wert irgendwie:



war vor dem tempern bei 450 maxdam (charlvl 100)

If you tempered this bow with horns, you get +5 to max damage/level, and the runeword gives +4.5 to max damage/level, this adds to 9.5 to max damage per level.  787 to max damage is nice!

787/9.5 is a little more than 82, so I'll guess that's the level of the character holding this bow (82), and that you've gotten a few +max on that bow by other means (the original rare attributes, or oils).

Remember if the bow had +max damage/level from the rare attributes, you could be looking at more than 9.5/level.

my ama is lvl 68 and my bow gives only 535 max dam ( based on charlvl ) ... this would mean that i am only lvl 56 and if i would have lvl 56 i couldn't equip this bow ... the bow gives only 7.86 max dam/charlvl ... and not the wished 9.5 ...

I would say that 787 is max of maxdmg/lvl (7.87/lvl) like kirodema said in his post. Imho this is hardcoded, like many other things, eg u can cube 'only' +127 maxdmg with oils on weapons or the 49x% ed to demons/undead cap at the new ik maul, which should be 800%.


Another strange thing that i have experienced was, i had a melee weapon with +14 maxdmg on it. I socketed and put in a rw with +x maxdmg (think it was +9). After that the weapon had a total of +9maxdmg and not 23... So out of no reason the +maxdmg of the weapon was 'overwritten' by the +maxdmg of the rw. :o I also removed the rw and the old +14 were back on the item... Inserted the rw agian -> +9! Very strange. Don't know how this could happen...
PS: No oils or other modifiers were used.
