Portal Skills, How to use/get them

Hello,

Who knows, how the portal skills works ? How can I get them. (I am playing
singleplayer HC)  I cant solve the riddle and found no description.

Hi Lem,

If you mean the skills on the crafted charm, you only have to go out of town act1 and use them by choosing and right-clicking.
