I don't know what's going on

I restarted my laptop and now it says "Cannot Connect to Battle.net" Obviously my internet is working fine but it still won't let me connect no matter what I do.Anyone know whats wrong?

wrong server or realm? the port shouldn't be the problem if it has worked before...

btw please create an inhabitant post or you won't have to worry about your connection anymore soon...

I was reading about that in the ToS, where am I to create the inhabitant post?I don't remember reading it in the ToS

two clicks up from here; near the top is "Inhabitant/Einwohner", go there and read "Rulez".
