labyrinth quest

What's the deal with this quest. I took the Mysterious Book and the Word Baal Dropped and cubed them.  I started the quest and went for about an hour trying to find the king.   Then I got a Lost connection to server.  I reconnected and tried to join the game and it was no longer available to join.   

Why cant I create the portal again and finish this quest?

Forgive me in advance for my fustration, but that's just plain stupid having a quest that cant be completed because of a lost connection.  Is finishing the quest worth it?    (Is this how you get Ubers and SS now? Since you cant find them in the Dungeon anymore)

I have the "Moo Moo" and "Fought the Seven" word   should I even bother keeping them in POC?.

Thanks for any advice you can share.

This MOD is a work-in-progress, it always has been.  Things get introduced in one version, polished in the coming versions.

That's not frustration, "that's just plain stupid" is petulance. Frustration arouses suggestions and *participatory* comments as compared to *griping* comments.

@chaos: Perhaps the Quest could be opened multiple times, for as long as you have the start items (word and book) in your inventory, and completed when you cube the start items with the finish item.  If you're unable to pick up the word or the book after completing the quest, then you're unable to open the labarynth again.

U can get the baaldrop-item again from Damien in act3. go to the shinder-jungle and go into the "sumpfloch" (don't know the english word for) there he is and you can open again the "weg des irrsinss"

Shinder is "flayer" mnd sumpfloch is "swampy pit".

Remember Damien is tough!

Thanks!   was very fustrated earlier thinking I couldnt finish the quest.   I collected the items and when I have time again to proceed I'll finish the quest for the king.
