[7.65 SP2] CE konnte nicht initialisiert werden (0x0000005)

Greetings!
After installing  the 7.65 SP3, whem I try to activate the mod, it gives me the error of missing "patch.txt".
Can u tell something about it? I don´t speack or read German.

Phoenix:
Open a texteditor, create a new file and save is under "patch.txt" in your d2 folder.
Now you have the misssing file and the activation should work.
