Before starting 7.65 SP2

Quick question, I haven't been playing since 7.55 came out and reformatted my harddrive.  I have one quick question that should be easily answered.

When I install Diablo 2 and LOD and then patch it to 1.10 do I:

a) Download the 7.55 patch, install 7.55 and then the 7.65 full patch (with SP2) and install?

or

b) Download the 7.65 full patch (with SP2) and just go?

Also, since I've been gone for a while, will I have to remake an Inhabitant(?) post

Whether you patch to 1.10 or 1.11b is your choice, CE 7.65 handles them both equally well.

After getting the patch level you desire, grap the 7.65 SP2 only, it is a full install (like 7.55 was).

Your inhabitant post is fine.
