Server in the U.S

I would like to host a server in the U.S. is there anyway this could be possible

AIUI Germany's laws (and in fact most or all of Europe) do not forbid the reverse-engineering-with-changes that manifest in the CE front adn back end servers.  America's laws do, under a banner of "intellectual property".

Accordingly, neither front-end nor back-end servers can be established in the US at this time.

So, when I play, it's on Europe.

but, you can host it in canada :P
