problem with deactivation

hi guys i know this is answered somewhere but i dont read german very well so here it is

when i enter a game i got unhandled acces violation so i decided to uninstall and reinstall but when i deactivate CE it says anticheat.dll missing (but i got it ) and then it says deactivation failed

plz help me

It says I'm not authorized to view this information. much else on this site, but I am logged in and should be able to view forum topics...
Anyway I have a similar problem where it won't let me uninstall 7.66.  I run the uninstall and it just tells me its removed but when I run Diablo II it says one or more files have been modified and I cant do anything at this point. How do I uninstall?
