activation of ce

hi

first, im sorry to post a tread that i think have been answered a thousand times     but  i dont understand german    so i have  kind of difficulties to search in  ALL the post 

soo  my question is sample  and  i think that its happen to a lot of people   

i tryed  (since 2 hours ago)  to install ce

my version of d2 if COMPLETLY new  ( cause  im on my new pc)

everything is ok  but  i have 1 probl.

when i come to 'activate' ce   its says  "chaosempire .ce cannot be found"     BUT   the file is there       

soo   im really sry to asked this question but plz  some 1   answer me plz  i already see my friend play this mod  like  1 or 2 years ago  and i know that it KICKS ASS
