installation problem

when i try to open up 755.exe i get this error:

Zugriffsverletzung bei Adresse 7C92AE22 in Modul 'ntdll.dll' Lesen von Adresse 41504D4F.

i click ok and then it just shuts down...i tried downloading CE from 2 different sites (this one and fileplanet) both got the same error. Please help

sounds like a crash in a mon dll of you operating system

xp sp2?
do you have admin privilegs?

yes it is xp sp2, and i am the only one on the computer so yes i have admin privelages

also if you are the only one..it is not a must have that you are logged in as admin
