Earthquaker [one hand damage?] / Runeword BP possible?

1.) In the WIKI is written that the Earthquaker (elite version of the three Drui-only-hammers)  has a ONEHAND DAMAGE ?! But I can't use the Hammer with one hand ?! Is the Information given in the Wiki incorrect or em I mistaking something?

2.) Is it possible to put in the runeword BROKEN PROMISE into a Drui-Only-Hammer?
