"Missing anticheat.dll"

i installed CE 7.55 and tried to activate it, and got the message "Missing anticheat.dll" i tried reinstalling it about 5 times, i tried installing the update then activating it, and i tried deleting anticheat.dll and reinstalling it..please help me

u must have downgrade to b net patch 1.10

1.11 doesnt work on ce

best thing is, reinstall complete dia2 lod  patch it to 1.10

then install 7.55 activate ce , then upgrade to 7.64
