When I login ,it says the password is wrong. but I can use the Password login the forum.

go to www.java.org and download the java plugin...

Then you will see the chat window BETWEEN the two BANNERS

which version do you use? for playing on realm you need 7.63 and as i already told you also a inhabitant post

no, I mean the chat box (java) . I have installed java. but it need be connected and then I can type the words to get the password for realm account. BUT now, I t cant be connected.

the chat automatically conencts to realm..so probably you have a closed firewall port?

You have to check your firewall and/or router. Where to open the port depends on the firewall or router.

thanks, But i am using university's internet. I dont know the setting of firewall. Is it possible i can change it on my computer? and how?

if you are using the network of your university there is no way for you to modify your port settings unless you are a server admin there...

and there is a good chance the ports for online gaming are closed, it was the same at my university

But, I can play other online games. I also can connect CE realm. I just cant connect java to regist an Account.

now, another question is coming out, I can't creat or join others game. there is nothing happen on the loading screen , and then said fail to jion game. I have tried to creat or join a game since I got the account. but it does not success once. why? why this kind of things always happen to me?
